This is a slide show. I found it to be very useful in understanding the Mitochondria (starting on slide 10). I think slide 16 is the best diagram on viewing the Mitochondria, but there are also some good pictures.

This is a good site for digestion. There is a very good diagram and you can click on the name of each part and it will give you a description of what that part does.

This site is extremely helpful for understanding the Krebs Cycle. It diagrams the entire process and where ever you put your pointer, it tells you the reaction type, the reactant, the product, and catalyst.
